We’re searching for a Director, Sales - Revenue Management to join our Life Sciences division team so that we can drive revenue growth, build market awareness, and expand our presence in higher-tier life sciences organizations. The Director, Sales - Revenue Management will lead new customer acquisition and nurture key client relationships to achieve new business, build a pipeline, and enhance brand positioning in the market.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Drive sales efforts by identifying and targeting potential life sciences clients to achieve revenue goals and pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams in order to develop compelling value propositions and awareness campaigns.

  • Leverage domain expertise and sales strategies to overcome objections and navigate complex buying cycles.

  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools in order to manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings and industry events to build trusted relationships and drive long-term partnerships.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Senior-level experience in SaaS sales within the life sciences sector, with a proven track record in complex sales cycles

  • Proven success in closing $5 million+ total contract value deals and achieving revenue growth targets

  • In-depth knowledge of government pricing, revenue management, and chargeback processes in the life sciences industry

  • Ability to commute to client locations across the US with 50% travel required

  • Sincere interest in helping life sciences organizations streamline their revenue management processes and achieve compliance goals

  • A knack for working independently in a field-based role within a matrix organization
