We’re searching for a Melbourne-based Data Archival Project Manager to join our Implementation Services team, so that we can successfully guide clients across Australia through legacy data transitions using our VitalCenter Online platform. The Data Archival Project Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to extract, archive, and securely transfer data from former EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems helping healthcare organisations retain safe, compliant, and easy access to their historical data.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Lead multi-disciplinary teams to complete healthcare data archival projects across a diverse client base

· Manage client expectations and communications to ensure a smooth and transparent project journey

· Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable

· Maintain project plans in order to deliver on time and within scope

· Oversee several active projects simultaneously to achieve successful outcomes across clients

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

· Experience in project management or related roles, ideally within healthcare IT or data services

· Proven success in leading client-facing projects and cross-functional teams

· Familiarity with EMR, Patient Accounting, or ERP applications is a bonus

· Ability to communicate confidently with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders

· Sincere interest in healthcare data and empowering organisations to manage legacy systems securely

· A knack for working collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment
