We’re searching for a Skopje-based Process & Insights Specialist to join our Engineering Operations team, so that we can optimize development workflows, analyze engineering metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Process & Insights Specialist will enhance efficiency, standardize processes, and provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making across our Global R&D teams.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Analyze existing engineering processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop standardized workflows and document processes to ensure consistency in engineering practices.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to introduce new processes or tools, ensuring smooth adoption and effective usage.
• Provide training and documentation to support process changes across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects related to tooling and process improvements.
• Drive metrics integration and provide data-driven insights to optimize engineering operations.
• Host cross-functional retrospectives and circulate feedback/insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with tooling administration and ensure seamless integration of engineering tools within the organization.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 3+ years of experience in engineering operations, process optimization, or tooling administration within a technical environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Proven success in optimizing engineering workflows and implementing best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles, engineering workflows, and process documentation.
• Strong experience working with engineering metrics, dashboards, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Excellent business analysis skills, including workflow mapping and process documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Macedonian.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Datadog, Harness, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• A knack for working collaboratively within an international environment.
