We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior SecOps Engineer to join our Security Operations team, so that we can strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and protect critical data assets. The Senior SecOps Engineer will lead threat detection, incident response, and compliance efforts to support our vision of safer, more secure healthcare operations.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Monitor AWS and Azure cloud environments to detect and respond to security threats in real-time

· Lead incident response efforts to minimize risk and implement preventative measures

· Develop and evolve vulnerability management strategies and testing practices to ensure system integrity

· Collaborate across IT, R&D, and Compliance teams to align on security initiatives and drive education efforts

· Implement and maintain security infrastructure and policies to ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIS2, PCI-DSS)

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

· 3+ years in Security Operations or cybersecurity roles

· Proven success in incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks

· In-depth knowledge on how to secure cloud infrastructure (AWS & Azure) and implement automation for monitoring and reporting

· Ability to commute to Skopje several days a week for hybrid work

· Sincere interest in advancing healthcare safety through cybersecurity

· A knack for working collaboratively across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
