We’re searching for a Skopje, Macedonia-based Technical Author to join our Global R&D team, so that we can deliver high-quality product documentation that improves usability and enhances the customer experience. The Technical Author will create clear, accurate, and consistent documentation to support RLDatix users and ensure product knowledge is accessible to all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Creating high-quality release notes, user guides, and help system content to support new and existing product functionalities.

• Collaborating with R&D, product management, and subject matter experts in order to ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with release cycles.

• Applying technical writing best practices and internal style guides to produce content that is clear, consistent, and easy to localize.

• Engaging in agile development processes and sprint reviews in order to stay informed of product changes and deliver relevant content.

• Contributing to strategic documentation projects to enhance user experience and meet evolving customer needs.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• Experience in technical writing or authoring content for software products, ideally in a global organization.

• Proven success in translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation for non-specialist audiences.

• In-depth knowledge of structuring content logically and writing concise, unambiguous instructions.

• Ability to commute to our Skopje office [as needed/number of days per week, if applicable].

• Sincere interest in improving the healthcare experience through better product usability and communication.

• A knack for working independently while collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
