We’re searching for a Application Specialist to join our Professional Services team, so that we can ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions for our clients. The Application Specialist will support the execution of client projects by gathering requirements, configuring and testing systems, and facilitating smooth client onboarding to strengthen our impact on healthcare safety and operations.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements in order to guide solution configuration.

  • Configure RLDatix systems or software to align with project and client specifications.

  • Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client needs.

  • Prepare project documentation including training materials, user guides, and requirements summaries to support client education and internal alignment.

  • Deliver training sessions and assist in client onboarding to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 3–4 years of experience in software implementation or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or IT industry.

  • Proven success in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live support.

  • In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to commute to Riyadh two days a week if applicable.

  • Sincere interest in improving healthcare operations and patient safety.

  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional and client-facing environments.
