We’re searching for a Macedonia-based Finance Manager to join our Group Finance team, so that we can drive our financial planning and analysis efforts. The Finance Manager will provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support RLDatix's continued growth and success.
How you’ll spend your time
- Develop and assist in the management of the company's internal financial reporting to provide accurate and timely financial data.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management and business unit leaders in order to highlight key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Play a large part in board reporting to ensure high-standard reporting to shareholders.
- Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance against budgets and forecasts to provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance, cost management, and growth.
- Support due diligence and integration processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
What kind of things we’re most interested in you having
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA equivalent) with prior experience in a similar senior finance role.
- Proven success in working autonomously and deputizing the Group Senior FP&A manager.
- In-depth knowledge on how to use financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity within a fast-growing and highly acquisitive environment.
- Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare and patient safety.
- A knack for working collaboratively within a global team (including colleagues in the UK, US, Europe, and Australia).
