We’re searching for a Skopje-based Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Information Systems team, so that we can continuously enhance and support our internal systems that drive operational efficiency across the business. The Junior Business Systems Analyst will support and administer key corporate platforms and provide timely solutions to internal users—helping us scale effectively and improve internal service delivery globally.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Providing daily support and administration for systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, OpenAir, SAP SAC, Zendesk, Influitive, Concur, Egencia, Sage People, Hirebridge, and ADP
· Logging, tracking, and managing support tickets through resolution, while ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
· Collaborating with internal users to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or identify workarounds
· Monitoring corporate systems proactively to identify and mitigate issues before they impact users
· Maintaining accurate system documentation and ensuring training materials are updated for onboarding and user education

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

· Entry-level experience in business systems support or administration
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
· Exposure to business analysis practices and process improvement
· Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and tools
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the business
· Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
· Ability to commute to our Skopje office at least 2–3 days per week
· Sincere interest in working in an international, mission-driven healthcare technology company
