How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Lead the Workforce team to deliver against performance targets, financial metrics, and service delivery KPIs
• Develop and manage a high-performing team of Managing Consultants to ensure scalable, high-quality programme execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric delivery
• Drive delivery excellence by ensuring projects and programmes meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives
• Act as the senior escalation point for consultants and project managers, providing resolution support and strategic guidance

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• Experience leading workforce solutions, preferably within healthcare or enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven success in managing complex projects and client-facing change programmes
• In-depth knowledge on how to scale teams, develop consultants, and lead strategic delivery operations
• Ability to commute to London or client locations as needed
• Sincere interest in making healthcare safer and improving workforce performance across health systems
• Working collaboratively and strategically across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
