We’re searching for a Skopje-based Program Manager III – Technical Delivery to join our R&D Programme Management team, so that we can orchestrate and accelerate complex technical initiatives across multiple teams. The Program Manager III will coordinate large-scale delivery programs and drive cross-team alignment to ensure reliable, scalable, and timely outcomes that strengthen our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Orchestrate complex technical delivery programs to align business objectives with reliable and scalable outcomes.

  • Implement monitoring and observability practices in order to strengthen visibility into delivery performance and system health.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove blockers, accelerate delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Establish and optimise automation practices in order to enable frequent, reliable, and high-quality software releases.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships to maintain alignment, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency on program priorities.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in program management or technical delivery leadership, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven environments.

  • Proven success in orchestrating complex programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of delivery frameworks, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Hands-on experience with metrics, dashboards, and observability strategies to drive data-driven decision making.

  • A knack for working collaboratively across engineering, product, and business teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
