We’re searching for a UK based Event and Networks Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team, so that we can deliver impactful events, communities, and campaigns that drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The Event and Networks Marketing Executive will plan, deliver, and optimise events and networks (both in-person and virtual) to help strengthen relationships with our customers, partners, and prospects, and to support RLDatix’s mission to raise the standard of care.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Organise the tactical aspects of events and networks, managing timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Execute a mix of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events as part of integrated campaigns across email, social, content, paid, and partner channels.
  • Build and grow engaged communities, leveraging both in-person and online tools to encourage ongoing participation and value.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to align event activity with wider marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Lead onsite or virtual operational delivery, ensuring brand consistency, attention to detail, and seamless attendee experiences.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 1+ years of experience in events or general marketing, or relevant graduate level experience with strong aptitude.
  • Proven ability to organise, manage, and deliver events to measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge or interest in the UK and Ireland health and care sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset to track, measure, and report on event success.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation in multi-channel events and community building.
  • (Bonus) Ability to commute to one of our offices in Stoke-on-Trent or Richmond London
