We’re searching for a Stoke-on-Trent-based Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, so that we can drive targeted campaigns that support sales and generate pipeline across the UK and Ireland. The Field Marketing Manager will lead integrated campaigns and event strategies to support customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and engagement.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

    • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and events to generate pipeline and support sales goals
    • Collaborate with sales to ensure campaigns meet their needs and drive measurable outcomes
    • Manage budgets and campaign pacing to maximise ROI across growth activities
    • Optimise the marketing funnel by identifying friction points and improving conversion
    • Implement account-based marketing and lifecycle tactics to increase engagement and customer value
  • What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

    • 3+ years’ experience in growth, demand or campaign marketing roles
    • Proven success in running acquisition, cross-sell, upsell and retention campaigns
    • Ideally, experience in the health and care sector
    • Analytical mindset with fluency in metrics, attribution, and optimisation
    • Ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent twice a month and attend events when required across the UK
    • Genuine interest in improving health and care through innovative marketing
    • A knack for working collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams
