We’re searching for a Skopje-based Infrastructure Engineer to join our Corporate Information Systems team, so that we can strengthen and expand our global technology infrastructure. The Infrastructure Engineer will maintain, optimize, and support our IT systems and services to ensure that RLDatix teams around the world can deliver on our mission of safer healthcare for all.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Managing technology infrastructure and services to ensure stability and performance

Proactively monitoring systems and working closely with the Service Desk to resolve issues

Delivering IT projects that continuously improve infrastructure, security, and reliability

Supporting future growth through IT integration during mergers & acquisitions

Documenting procedures and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges;
What kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
-
Experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering, ideally within a global organization

Proven success in managing Windows Server environments, virtualization (Azure VMs, Hyper-V), and networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Azure)

Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Active Directory / Entra ID

Familiarity with storage arrays, backup solutions, and monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG)

Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures

A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, sometimes under tight deadlines
