We’re searching for a London based Senior Manager of Revenue Reporting to join our Global Controller team, so that we can strengthen the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of our revenue reporting across the business. The Senior Manager, Revenue Reporting will play a key role in driving improvement to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and reporting for our $500m+ global business, supporting RLDatix’s growth and financial transparency.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead the month end revenue recognition process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
  • Review and reconcile deferred and accrued revenue balances, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Partner closely with global Finance Business Partners to provide guidance and ensure consistent, compliant revenue reporting.
  • Establish and own key processes, including new contract reviews, to enhance internal controls and reporting integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues affecting revenue data.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Billings teams to interpret and apply revenue recognition rules for complex or non-standard deals.
  • Support external audit processes by responding to auditor requests and providing accurate revenue documentation and analysis.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end revenue recognition processes within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and ASC 606 principles for revenue from contracts with customers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and functions, building strong cross-departmental relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including working with large and complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and OpenAir platforms (preferred but not essential).
