We’re searching for a remote Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver seamless, high-quality implementations of the RLDatix Optima workforce management solution to our global healthcare customers. The Implementation Analyst will lead and execute customer onboarding, configuration, and delivery projects to ensure successful product adoption, on-time go-lives, and exceptional client satisfaction.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects to ensure successful deployment of the RLDatix Optima solution for healthcare clients.

  • Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal delivery teams in order to set clear expectations, manage milestones, and achieve project outcomes on time and within budget.

  • Document project requirements, risks, and governance updates to maintain transparency and compliance across all engagements.

  • Monitor resource allocation and project pipeline in order to anticipate and resolve resourcing or scheduling conflicts early.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and continuous engagement to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to customer success.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Project implementation experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.

  • Proven success in managing full-cycle client implementations that meet or exceed scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

  • In-depth knowledge on how to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-stakeholder software deployments across complex environments.

  • Sincere interest in helping healthcare organizations improve workforce efficiency and patient safety through technology.

  • A knack for working collaboratively and proactively within a fast-paced, customer-facing, and detail-oriented environment.
