While this position does not involve hands-on coding or system implementation, it requires a deep understanding of our software stack to articulate solution architectures, address technical and security inquiries, and demonstrate how RLDatix technologies solve real-world challenges in healthcare safety and quality.
- Partner closely with sales leaders to support pre-sales discussions and customer meetings.
- Understand and communicate how RLDatix’s solutions work- from both a business and technical perspective- to help clients see their value.
- Translate customer needs into tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the most relevant features and benefits.
- Respond to technical questions or requirements from client IT and security teams with clear, confident explanations.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and documentation that help articulate our technical approach and solution fit.
- Collaborate across teams- including Product, Implementation, and Marketing- to ensure our messaging and demos reflect the latest capabilities and customer feedback.
- Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, Technical Support, or Technical Trainer role, ideally within healthcare or software/SaaS.

Strong conceptual understanding of cloud-based software, API integrations, data privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001)

Strong communication and presentation skills- able to explain complex topics simply and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
