We’re searching for a UK based Program Manager III to join our Development team, driving the execution of our most critical cross-functional technical programs. The Program Manager III will translate high-level business objectives into detailed, actionable delivery plans, ensuring our most ambitious initiatives achieve their strategic goals on time and to the highest quality standards.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Prioritise and adjust programs to keep technical and business goals aligned as priorities shift.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to keep delivery on track and maintain programme integrity.
• Plan and oversee execution of complex technical projects, ensuring high standards of quality and engineering are met.
• Support change management, helping teams adopt new systems and processes smoothly.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, sharing clear updates and gathering feedback to improve outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks early, using proactive planning and coordination to keep programmes running smoothly.
• Define and document technical requirements, turning strategic goals into detailed, measurable delivery plans.
• Improve delivery processes and workflows, finding ways to make teams more efficient and maintain high-quality results.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 4 years+ experience in program or project management, ideally in a technical or software delivery environment.
• Proven ability to adapt plans and priorities while keeping projects aligned with overall delivery goals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, gather feedback, and keep everyone aligned.
• Skilled in requirement gathering and documentation, turning technical needs into clear and structured delivery plans.
• Able to identify and improve processes, helping to optimise existing delivery frameworks.
