We’re searching for a Skopje-based Product Owner to join our Time Care Product & Engineering team, so that we can accelerate the modernization and technical accuracy of our mission-critical workforce planning solution. The Product Owner will act as the crucial link between business value and technical implementation to ensure the Time Care product meets high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer impact.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Partner with Skopje-based engineering teams to accelerate decision-making and ensure clear, technically sound requirements.
- Translate business and user needs into detailed, realistic requirements while considering architectural implications and system constraints.
- Balance difficult trade-offs between cost, complexity, and customer value to maximize the return on investment for development work.
- Understand complex system behavior and data flows to challenge technical assumptions and strengthen overall product quality.
- Contribute to the modernization of Time Care’s front-end and core data consistency to improve usability and stability for tens of thousands of users.
- Collaborate with Sweden-based Product Owners to maintain strategic alignment and leverage deep customer knowledge in Swedish social care.
- Own and prioritize the development backlog for assigned areas of the product to drive long-term value and operational stability.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar technical product role in a software organization.
- Proven success in bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams on complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge on how to interpret and articulate system behavior, data flows, and technical architecture implications.
- Sincere interest in making a real-world impact by shaping efficiency and fairness in high-stakes operational environments like healthcare/social care.
- A knack for working collaboratively and confidently within a cross-functional, geographically distributed product team.
- Experience working with products undergoing a significant technical modernization or renewal phase is a strong plus.
