We’re searching for a UK-based Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, so that we can drive adoption and value realisation for our HRCase software suite across diverse organisations. The Customer Success Manager will develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure successful utilisation of RLDatix solutions to maximise retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Develop strong relationships with HR stakeholders (HRBPs, HR Managers) to drive adoption and engagement
- Monitor product utilisation and provide coaching to optimise processes and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams (CS Specialists, Account Managers, Product) to deliver success plans and resolve escalations
- Lead customer-focused initiatives and webinars to increase product knowledge and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to support account growth and renewals
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Experience in an HR role where you've used HRCase previously, OR Customer Success experience within HR SaaS or similar technology
- Proven success in managing accounts with at least £1m ARR
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes or prior experience using HRCase software (huge advantage)
- Sincere interest in HR technology and customer success best practices
- A knack for working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
