We’re searching for a Lehi-based Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team, so that we can continue to identify, validate, and deliver high-impact product solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. The Senior Product Manager will act as a strategic individual contributor, shaping product strategy and execution to maximize customer value, revenue growth, and market impact across our healthcare SaaS portfolio.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management to drive strong commercial performance and customer outcomes

Build and maintain product roadmaps that align short- and long-term business objectives

Define and execute data-driven product strategies that increase customer adoption, revenue, and margin

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to align teams around a clear product vision and resolve complex cross-functional challenges

Conduct advanced product discovery and user research to identify, validate, and refine high-impact product opportunities

Communicate product strategy, vision, and progress to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role within a SaaS environment

Proven success creating and executing product strategies that increase product adoption and deliver measurable commercial results

In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development practices

Ability to commute to Lehi, UT 4 days per week

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in ambiguous environments

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring initiatives are delivered with quality, urgency, and measurable impact

Sincere interest in improving healthcare through innovative technologies, including AI
