We’re searching for a Skopje-based Software Engineer III to join our TeamRLD team, so that we can design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that solve complex business challenges in the healthcare sector. The Software Engineer III will serve as a technical lead at the squad level, translating ambiguous requirements into high-performance systems to foster a culture of excellence and improve patient safety outcomes.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Develop scalable features using C# and .NET frameworks to ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and reliable code.

• Diagnose complex technical issues and database bottlenecks in order to optimize system performance and reliability.

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline production environments and automate continuous delivery.

• Build logging, alerting systems, and observability dashboards in order to proactively detect issues and maintain high system uptime.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to positively impact the growth, output, and technical excellence of the squad.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within SaaS or regulated industries.

• Proven success in leading design discussions and delivering features to a strict "Definition of Done."

• In-depth knowledge on how to utilize Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern frontend frameworks like React.

• Ability to commute to Skopje 2 days a week.

• Sincere interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve healthcare safety and patient outcomes.

• A knack for working collaboratively within an Agile, fast-paced squad environment.
