We’re searching for a Skopje-based UI/UX Designer to join our UI/UX Product Design team, so that we can elevate the standard of user experience and influence product direction through evidence-based design. The Designer III will craft user-centered digital experiences and resolve moderately complex design challenges to deliver market-leading solutions that make healthcare safer and better for all.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate functional solutions that address user pain points.

Conduct interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis in order to gather evidence-based insights for design decisions.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative user feedback to validate design assumptions and refine product features.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers in order to ensure design feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.

Transform complex abstract concepts into clear visual assets to guide team understanding and steer product strategy.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

Mid-to-senior level experience in product design, specifically applying user-centric principles to measurable product outcomes.

Proven success in generating and iterating on multiple innovative solutions to tackle complex user challenges.

Technical abilities not limited to: Figma, Miro or FigJam, and it is desirable to have experience in AI vibe coding

In-depth knowledge on how to leverage analytics and real user data to validate and optimize design choices.

Ability to commute to Skopje office at least 2 times a week.

Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare and improving patient safety through technology.

A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional, fast-paced environments to balance user needs with business requirements.
