We’re searching for a London based Senior Manager, Financial Control to join our Global Controlling team, so that we can strengthen our global financial governance, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth across RLDatix.

The Senior Manager, Financial Control will lead day-to-day financial control and accounting operations globally, oversee the Accounting team based in Skopje, North Macedonia, and ensure the integrity of the Group’s ledgers and month-end close processes to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Leading global financial control and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the organisation
  • Managing and developing the Accounting team in Skopje to deliver high-quality outputs and support professional growth
  • Overseeing general ledger activities and month-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate, and well-supported reporting
  • Reviewing journals, reconciliations, and key schedules in order to strengthen controls and improve reporting quality
  • Partnering with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional finance teams to provide insight into financial performance and key trends
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders globally to ensure alignment on priorities and financial governance
  • Driving process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and systems enhancements across ERP and accounting workflows
  • Supporting acquisition accounting, legal entity integrations, and finance transformation projects as RLDatix continues to scale globally
  • Maintaining a robust financial control environment in order to support compliance with Group accounting policies and IFRS standards
  • Coaching and mentoring finance professionals to build technical expertise, accountability, and collaborative ways of working

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong practical experience in financial control and accounting operations
  • 3+ years of management experience leading small to medium-sized finance or accounting teams, ideally across multiple locations
  • Proven success managing month-end close, general ledger activities, and core financial control processes within complex international organisations
  • Strong experience with IFRS-based reporting and multi-currency consolidations
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and how to design efficient, scalable, and well-controlled accounting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large data sets, reconciliations, and financial models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to finance and non-finance audiences
  • Experience working within a PE-backed SaaS, software, or broader technology environment
  • Ability to commute to our London office 1–2 days per week
  • A sincere interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and supporting safer healthcare globally
  • A knack for working collaboratively within fast-paced, international, and evolving environments
