We’re searching for a UK-based Director Solution Consultant to join our Solutions Advisory team, so that we can drive complex, high-value healthcare transformation engagements and strengthen our market position across the UK & Ireland. The Principal Solution Consultant will lead strategic solution design, client advisory, and stakeholder engagement activities to influence purchasing decisions and deliver innovative data-driven outcomes across healthcare organisations.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Lead complex solution design and architecture activities to deliver tailored, high-impact healthcare data solutions
- Present technical and commercial proposals to executive stakeholders in order to influence decision-making and secure buy-in
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and winning bid responses
- Analyse market trends and healthcare policy developments in order to shape go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities
- Guide customers through transformation journeys using consultative expertise to maximise value and long-term outcomes
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Significant experience in solution consulting, healthcare technology, or digital transformation within the healthcare sector
- Proven success in influencing executive-level stakeholders and driving complex sales cycles across NHS and private healthcare environments
- In-depth knowledge on how to design and deliver tailored technical solutions aligned to healthcare operational and regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel nationally across the UK & Ireland with occasional overnight stays as required
- Sincere interest in improving patient safety and advancing healthcare outcomes through data and technology
- A knack for working collaboratively across cross-functional teams while operating independently with a high degree of autonomy
