We’re searching for a Skopje-based Customer Onboarding Administrator to join our Global Controlling Billing team, so that we can deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant billing operations that support revenue integrity and customer satisfaction. The Customer Onboarding Administrator will process customer invoices, manage billing enquiries, maintain accurate financial records, and support billing process improvements to help ensure efficient finance operations across the business.
Job Description
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Process customer billing activities and generate accurate invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms and billing schedules.
- Respond to customer billing enquiries and resolve routine discrepancies in order to maintain positive customer relationships and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation to support audit readiness, compliance, and data integrity.
- Assist with reconciliations and billing process reviews to improve operational efficiency and billing accuracy.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support team consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Renewals, CRM teams, and customers to facilitate timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
- Prepare billing communications and customer reminders to support timely invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and service delivery.
- Support the use and maintenance of financial and operational systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and OpenAir.
- Perform assigned billing activities in accordance with internal controls, quality standards, and company policies.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- Experience in billing, finance administration, accounting support, customer service, or a related business function is advantageous but not required.
- Basic knowledge of financial systems and business processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of pricing structures, contract terms, and compliance requirements is considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting process documentation, user guides, or training materials is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and financial systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or OpenAir is beneficial.
- Sincere interest in developing a career within finance operations and business administration.
- A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular attendance at our Skopje office.
