We're searching for a Skopje-based Systems Engineer to join our Business Systems team, so that we can optimise and administer corporate systems to improve operational efficiency and user experience. The Systems Engineer will identify and resolve moderate-scope technical issues, implement workflow enhancements, and support system upgrades to align technology solutions with business needs across our organisation.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Identify recurring inefficiencies within business system workflows and implement routine enhancements, documenting and communicating process changes to relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption and an improved user experience

• Troubleshoot moderate-scope technical system issues by systematically diagnosing root causes and applying timely resolutions, classifying and escalating complex operational challenges within established frameworks

• Research current market trends and emerging technologies in order to evaluate solutions that fulfil organisational requirements and align system strategies with business objectives

• Perform system administration and technical support activities to meet established service levels and timelines, monitoring system performance and user adoption metrics to ensure productive working environments and stakeholder satisfaction

• Perform operational deployment tasks for system rollouts following detailed change management procedures, coordinating with stakeholders and supporting ongoing adoption through user training and documentation

• Perform compliance checks within system administration activities in order to ensure adherence to data protection requirements and regulatory standards across technology platforms and user access management

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• Strong knowledge of the T-SQL programming language and database concepts, relational theory, OLAP, Linked servers, ODBC connections and drivers, along with Microsoft SQL Server deployment, maintenance, and configuration

• Experience with the Microsoft Azure environment and hosted cloud VMs, backup/restore procedures, High availability, AAD, Enterprise Apps, and Bastion

• In-depth knowledge on how to develop dashboards using a data visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar, and experience with integration and automation tools such as Boomi

• Proficiency with PowerShell and Python, as well as API management tools such as Postman; nice-to-have experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, SharePoint administration and development, and C#

• Proven success analysing business processes and supporting the implementation of improved workflows across corporate systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderate-scope technical issues that maintain operational effectiveness

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices for system administration and data protection, a track record of delivering timely system administration, support, and documentation, and a knack for working collaboratively within a global team
