Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Production Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating various marketing materials using templates and design guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential. The Marketing Production Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all materials are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and delivered within established timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing production, graphic design, or a similar role. (Number of years of experience to be specified based on the seniority of the position, e.g., 2+ years for entry-level, 5+ years for mid-level, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous marketing production and design work is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language and creating iconographics for our Japanese retail clients highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update marketing documents using templates in Microsoft Word, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content presentation.
  • Develop and maintain visually impactful presentations using templates in Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate key marketing messages.
  • Utilize Adobe InDesign to design and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral, while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Produce and update charts and data visualizations using design guidelines to present information in a clear and visually appealing manner, using both Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
  • Design and create infographics using Microsoft Office and Adobe software, conveying complex information in a visually engaging manner.
  • Develop collateral materials, such as banners, posters, and digital images/animations (for web, email and display ads), following design guidelines and branding standards.
  • Perform picture edits using Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency across marketing materials.
  • Create templates for various marketing materials in both Microsoft Office and Adobe software, enabling efficient production and maintaining brand consistency.
