Job Description:
The M365 Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the M365 team and well as management and administration of all aspects of M365 applications and services, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure AD, Intune, and Security & Compliance.
Years of Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in technology engineering, operations or administration, with a strong knowledge of M365 applications and services
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience or managing a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, and automation tools.
- Experience working in a leadership capacity, team lead, manager, director, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in IT service delivery using the ITIL framework
- Willingness to work afterhours or weekends to facilitate change activity
- Demonstrated experience where operating as part of an effective team/relationship is critical to the success of your role
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and drivers with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence through service provision
- Expertise in understanding, setting, and managing customer expectations
- Skills in conceptualizing, documenting, and presenting creative service solutions
- Ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills for refining existing theories or developing new approaches to seize opportunities and sustain business success.

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer all aspects of M365 applications and services, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure AD, Intune, and Security & Compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 issues and incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of the M365 platform.
- Plan and execute M365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations, following best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain M365 policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions using M365 capabilities.
- Research and evaluate new M365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Cultivate a productive working environment with other engineers and teams, prioritizing work and eliminating roadblocks.
- Handle both technical and personnel issues and escalations.
