Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, with a focus on technical expertise, excellent soft skills, effective transport coordination, and the ability to manage night shift operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management


Qualifications

Diploma or BE in Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the technical aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any potential technical issues.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of technical systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing facility-related concerns and ensuring a positive working environment.
  • Coordinate transportation services for employees, visitors, and materials as needed.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of company vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain transportation policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on technical systems and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and industry best practices.
  • Previous experience in coordinating transportation services.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
