Job Description:

Role Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to support the sales efforts across the EMEA sales teams: Customized Portfolio Solutions (including services like trading and transition Management), Fiduciary Management/OCIO & Private Markets. The role supports every stage of the sales process, working directly with the EMEA Sales Support team and Sales associates. This specific role is focused on re-occurring tasks such as updating quarterly collateral, maintain organization charts, create/ maintain marketing lists and project management. It requires strong administrative, analytical and research capabilities.

Years of Experience

1 – 2 Years of Experience (in an equivalent role)

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the asset management industry and investment products.
  • Candidates who are studying or intending to study CFA (or other finance related professional qualifications) (preferred).
  • Relevant BSC/BA (Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communication, Marketing, …) (preferred).
  • Some experience with the maintenance of a CRM system
  • Familiarity with some of the commonly used data/ sales intelligence sources and databases in asset management (CRM, Seismic, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, …) (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Support and EMEA Sales teams on a variety of re-occurring tasks (on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly base). Examples of such tasks are maintaining and updating marketing lists, maintaining and updating organization charts, maintaining and updating sales collateral.
  • Support prospect interaction, preparation of background information ahead of meetings.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure they have the required collateral/pitch material for meetings to help drive new business activity, including the quarterly update of existing materials.
  • Manage necessary compliance sign-off’s for new and existing collateral/ pitch materials.
  • Leverage technology to support the sales process through effective use and training of the following tools: CRM, Seismic, Outreach, HeyDan, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info)
  • Manage and contribute to projects, initially with regards to the CRM System.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite - intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).
  • Excellent administrative, problem solving, project managing and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for supporting, improving and innovating the sales process.
  • An understanding of asset management, financial markets, investment concepts, competitors and industry trends.
