Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Our total rewards approach includes an annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility criteria) in addition to participation in our competitive benefits programs including healthcare, retirement, vacation, and wellbeing programs.
Your Role:
- You will primarily be focused on creating compelling, business-winning sales presentation materials including PowerPoint decks, printed finals presentation materials and assisting with RFP messaging and visuals.

- Ensuring messaging and visuals are on-point and aligned with corporate strategies, messaging hierarchies, and brand.
- Collaborating with global colleagues to ensure materials are leverageable across geographies.
- Supporting the broader graphic design needs of the U.S. institutional investing business, through visual communication. This could include designing presentation slides for in-person or on-screen presentations, designing printed materials for in-person meetings, designing materials for in-person and virtual events, and other needs.

- 5 years of experience supporting and collaborating with senior sales colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet demanding, last-minute deadlines.
- Asset management industry experience and a solid understanding of investment management globally, with a particularly keen understanding of institutional and investing issues (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of financial markets across asset classes (preferred).
