Job Description:

Joining the Fund Administration team in Mumbai means you will be a part of a passionate and supportive team that believes what we do matters to our clients and investors. We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Specialist with a strong background in the administration of Adobe Workfront. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Workfront within Fund Operations, efficient working of Workfront, developing automation solutions, and supporting various Fund Operations teams in streamlining their processes.

Years of Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Adobe Workfront (strongly preferred) – or Atlassian JIRA implementation / Management.


  • 2 years of EWP (Enterprise Workflow Platforms) product management (Adobe Workfront strongly preferred) must include hands-on product development and experience with system configuration.
  • Experience with Adobe’s Fusion module.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent Education)
  • Proficiency in Workfront customization, implementation, and automation.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage large complex projects involving multiple business/ organization unit disciplines; effectively utilizes project plans and methodology, has proven track record of project implementation.
  • Admin level knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus.


  • Demonstrates an expert level of Adobe Workfront product knowledge; help guide Global Fund Services (GFS) associates in their development of process flows within the system and ensure the documentation of requirements for automation outside of the application.
  • Owns training and related documentation to ensure successful adoption and on-going use of product within GFS. Facilitates training and communication of supporting documentation of Adobe Workfront functionality.
  • Owns issue management escalation with designated internal contacts.
  • Leads – as part of a cross-functional team – development, documentation, and implementation of new Adobe Workfront workflows and system use for GFS.
  • Owns data reporting and works to develop self-service reporting models and usage and efficiency benchmarks for GFS.
  • Develops and facilitates a cross-functional governance model for the on-going maintenance and development of Adobe Workfront across GFS.
  • Manages Stakeholder meetings of GFS Adobe Workfront users.

  • Understanding of Adobe Workfront, including its capabilities, features, and how
  • it integrates with other systems.
  • Ability to determine root cause problem/issues and provide solutions/options support with fact-based/data-driven analyses.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple high priority projects.
  • Ability to collaborate directly with end users or give presentations to stakeholder groups.
  • Engage with a Global development team to help automate the workflows through internally developed functionality or leveraging Workfront Fusion capability for integration.
