Job Description:

Russell Investments, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a skilled Workday Specialist to enhance our Global HR operations and play a key part in shaping the culture of our growing Indian operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders supporting the technology and infrastructure that drive our HR business processes. We are looking for skilled candidates with 5+ years of experience in the Workday HCM product suite (including Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, and Time) and robust HR reporting and analytics skills. Years of Experience

  • 6+ years or experience as a Workday Specialist using extensive functional knowledge of the Workday HCM product suite (including Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, and Time).
  • 6+ years of Workday HCM administration experience, including advanced reporting, security administration, business process administration, and integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Workday HCM Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday HCM Configuration: Serve as the technical expert for advanced Workday configuration, focusing on performance management, time and absence management, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and talent analytics dashboards.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Conduct complex report writing and data analysis including insights and recommendations, to support management and executive decision-making, with a strong emphasis on talent metrics and insights.
  • Manage Organizational Changes: Oversee complex organizational changes within Workday, providing advanced functional support for issues and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Integrations Management: Support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Security and Compliance: Provide primary security administration and IT audit support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.
  • Enhancements and Testing: Configure enhancements or changes in Workday HRIS and lead comprehensive testing cycles, actively reviewing new functionalities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Support: Offer backup support for the HR Service Center by responding to escalated client-service requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data influence decision-making.
  • Good project, prioritization, & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadline
  • Proven experience in talent analytics and dashboard creation within Workday.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions.
