Salary Range:
$90,000 USD - $100,000 USDSpecific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Job Description:
We’re looking for a PR and communications professional who brings both analytical acumen and creative flair to their work. This role will play a critical part in shaping and communicating our story, ensuring that our clients and the broader financial community understand our insights, values, and industry leadership. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, curious, and well-rounded communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a passion for finance as well as interests beyond the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications Support: Collaborate on strategic messaging initiatives, helping to develop and execute PR and communications plans that align with our business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets across financial, trade, and mainstream press. Develop and pitch story ideas, prepare and support spokespeople for interviews, and respond to incoming media inquiries to help position our firm as a trusted industry leader.
- Content Development: Write and edit a range of content, including press releases, client communications, social media posts, web content, and briefing documents that reflect our insights and enhance our reputation in the asset management space.
- Research and Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for engagement. Prepare analyses that support business objectives and keep the team informed of relevant market developments.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze media coverage and campaign performance, compiling regular reports that highlight our progress and identify opportunities for future growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in PR or corporate communications, preferably with experience in financial services or asset management. Previous PR agency experience is valuable but not required.
- Media Skills: Proven experience in media relations, with a track record of successful outreach to financial and mainstream media.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
