Job Description:

As a Digital Asset Management Specialist this role will be responsible for managing all assets, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and secure. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the digital asset workflows and overall Digital Asset Management platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital asset management or a related role.
• Proficiency with digital asset management software and tools (AEM Assets, Sitecore Content Hub, etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital rights management and copyright laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of digital assets, including archiving, cataloging, and retrieval processes.
• Ensure that all digital assets are organized in a systematic and accessible manner, providing easy access for team members and stakeholders.

• Ensure the efficient management of digital assets by implementing proper workflow procedures and adhering to all pertinent regulations and standards.

• Manage and maintain digital asset management platform, including troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of digital asset management systems and best practices.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their digital asset needs and ensure the delivery of effective solutions.
• Generate reports on digital asset usage and management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
