Job Description:

The CRM Administrator is a certified Salesforce expert who directly and actively performs day-to-day management of the Salesforce platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our users and alignment with evolving business needs. They will ensure security, availability, performance, and delivery, as well as support the resolution of end-user questions and issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

User Support & Access Management

  • Manager user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets and sharing

  • Support onboarding/offboarding, including license and access provisioning

  • Respond and resolve to end-user support questions and issues, act as the main point of contact for operations teams into CRM technology team

  • Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of Reports & Dashboards

Platform Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor system performance, health, security and data integrity

  • Perform regular audits and maintenance (e.g. limits, license usage, critical updates, security updates, release updates)

Release & Environment Management

  • Provision and manage developer sandboxes, perform scheduled refreshes of partial and full-copy sandboxes

  • Own the data available in sandboxes, performing mass updates and supporting data requirements for UAT and integration testing

  • Oversee the pipeline, coordinating deployment of changes, unit test execution and code coverage

  • Perform deployments and installations requiring manual configuration (e.g. platform settings, custom settings, installed packages, AppExchange products)

  • Support the implementation and optimization of CI/CD and source control

Security and Compliance

  • Maintain data security and compliance with GDPR, SEC, and FINRA regulations

  • Support configuration and management of Salesforce Shield (Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring)

  • Enforce a compliant Salesforce security model via role hierarchy, org-wide defaults and sharing

Years of Experience

  • 2-4 years of Software Development or CRM Administration experience preferred

  • 2-4 years of Salesforce experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related engineering field required.

  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator

Special Requirements

  • Good to have prior experience of working in Finance domain (Investment bank, Asset Management firm, Hedge Fund).

  • Good to have exposure to large scale distributed applications and customer data platforms, e.g. Snowflake, Hive
