Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management
Manage end-to-end execution of digital operations projects across email and web channels.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments to ensure on-time delivery.
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; proactively identify risks and resolve issues.
Own operational workflows for campaign setup, QA, approvals, and deployment across AEM, Marketo, Sitecore, and Eloqua.
Monitor day-to-day digital production queues, balancing priorities and ensuring SLA adherence.
Team & Resource Management
Lead a team of email marketing managers and web publishers, providing hands-on guidance, workload allocation, and performance coaching.
Foster accountability and productivity by setting clear objectives and process standards.
Coordinate workload across regions and time zones, ensuring capacity is optimized.
Execution & Delivery
Actively participate in campaign setup, asset publishing, testing, and go-live support.
Troubleshoot technical or operational issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
Maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and checklists for consistent quality and delivery.
Implement QA processes to reduce errors and ensure compliance with brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
Process Optimization
Standardize and streamline operational processes across platforms and teams.
Introduce templates, automation, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual rework.
Partner with analytics teams to track operational KPIs such as throughput, error rates, and turnaround times.
Drive continuous improvement in campaign production, content publishing, and platform usage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in digital operations and project management, with focus on email marketing and web publishing.
Proven track record managing complex digital projects across multiple platforms (AEM, Marketo, Sitecore, Eloqua).
Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, execution, and risk mitigation.
Hands-on experience with digital campaign setup, publishing workflows, and QA.
Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
Familiarity with Workfront, Jira, or other project/task management tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems, SEO basics, and web analytics.
Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web development a plus.
