The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Automation Analyst who will help build and improve AI-powered workflows that support our global go-to-market efforts across marketing and sales.
This is a hands-on, build-focused role. You’ll spend most of your time using modern marketing and automation tools to support campaigns and build smart AI-driven workflows that help turn interest from potential customers into real sales conversations.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re hiring for curiosity, experimentation, and the ability to think in systems - someone with entrepreneurial instincts and a tinkering, engineering mindset who enjoys understanding how systems work and improving them.
If you enjoy connecting tools, testing ideas, refining automation logic, and seeing measurable impact from what you build, this role is for you.

What You'll Own
- Build and improve workflows, AI email agents, and campaign automations in marketing platforms like 6sense and others.
- Identify and design clever triggers and sequences across Salesforce Account Engagement, Salesloft, and data enrichment tools like Clay & Cognism.
- Improve how incoming interest is automatically matched to the right company, routed to the right person, and followed up quickly and intelligently.
- Run structured experiments to improve how marketing engagement turns into real sales conversations and new opportunities.
- Continuously refine workflows based on performance data.
Drive Experimentation & Continuous Optimisation
- Test emerging AI tools and automation ideas within our marketing and sales technology ecosystem.
- Improve how AI-generated messages and workflows behave - adjusting inputs and logic to increase quality and performance.
- Launch pilot marketing automation initiatives from concept > test > production.
- Identify opportunities to remove manual effort and increase system efficiency.
Support Scalable GTM Infrastructure
- Document workflows to ensure scalability and clarity.
- Monitor data quality and flag improvement opportunities.
- Help enable marketing & sales teams as new AI capabilities roll out.
What You Bring
- Strong curiosity about AI, automation, and how systems connect.
- Logical, structured problem-solving skills.
- Evidence of tinkering - side projects, no-code workflows, AI experiments, scripts, or similar.
- Comfort working independently on build-focused tasks.
- Clear communication and willingness to collaborate across teams.
- A degree or academic background in areas such as computer science, engineering, data, analytics, business or marketing technology is helpful but not required.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools and exposure to B2B SaaS or sales environments.
