The Senior Developer role is for experienced professionals who combine strong technical expertise with architectural thinking and a passion for mentorship. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our SaaS solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and security at every level.

- You design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS architectures (including multitenancy concepts).
- You write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality through testing.
- You tackle challenging technical problems with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- You support and mentor junior developers and actively contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- You optimize processes, improve CI/CD pipelines, and enhance system efficiency.
Your profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue.js)
- Good understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure), CI/CD, and scalable SaaS environments
- Solid knowledge of databases (ideally document databases such as MongoDB)
- Awareness of security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption)
- Analytical mindset, high quality standards, and a proactive way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating and mentoring within a team
- Passion for modern technologies, continuous learning, and taking ownership of your solutions
