You’ll work within Solifi’s AI Product Team, a lean, senior group that owns AI products end-to-end from problem discovery to deployment and operations.
We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack AI engineer who can architect, code, and ship AI-powered products end-to-end, from model integration to frontend experience.

This role combines the depth of an AI/ML engineer with the breadth of a full-stack developer. You’ll build production-grade AI systems that include backend services, frontend interfaces, data integrations, and deployment pipelines.

You’ll be the technical anchor of Solifi’s AI product team, working closely with the AI Product Lead, Data Scientist, and Data Engineer to deliver scalable, customer-facing AI features.
Own architecture and development of full-stack AI solutions - backend, APIs, and frontend experiences.

Build and deploy production-ready AI applications integrating data pipelines, models, and user interfaces.

Design and implement backend services (Python/Node) that connect ML models and business logic.

Develop frontend interfaces (React, Angular, or similar) for pilots, internal tools, and live products.

Implement model orchestration and inference APIs, with observability and scalability.

Manage CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring (initially handle MLOps automation within the team).

Work with Data Scientist and Data Engineer to streamline data flow and model serving.

Ensure clean architecture, modular design, and strong security/compliance practices.

Mentor team members and help shape engineering standards and reusable frameworks.

Core Engineering:

  • Proficient in Python and one backend framework (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or similar).

  • Strong grasp of microservices, API design, and distributed systems.

  • Solid experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message queues (Kafka).

  • Proficient with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Cloud experience with GCP / AWS / Azure (compute, storage, IAM, networking).

    Frontend Development:

  • Proficiency with React, Angular, or similar modern frameworks.

  • Experience building interactive dashboards, admin tools, or customer-facing UIs.

  • Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.

  • Familiarity with frontend testing, performance tuning, and responsive design.

    AI Integration:

  • Experience integrating ML or LLM models into production systems (LLMs, RAG, NLP, CV, etc.).

  • Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, or open-source AI serving frameworks.

  • Understanding of model packaging, inference optimization, and monitoring.

  • Experience with vector databases and embeddings pipelines.

    Nice to Have

  • Built and deployed AI features for SaaS or financial platforms.

  • Exposure to serverless architectures (Cloud Run, Lambda, etc.).

  • Interest in UX and how AI functionality translates to user experience.

  • Early-stage startup or innovation lab experience (comfortable with ambiguity).

    Success in 6–12 Months

  • Deliver at least two AI features from prototype to production (end-to-end).

  • Establish foundational architecture for Solifi’s internal AI platform.

  • Implement monitoring and CI/CD frameworks for AI deployments.

  • Mentor newer engineers and document best practices for AI product builds.
