The Product Marketing team plays a critical role in enabling Solifi’s growth. We connect product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams with the insights, positioning, and tools they need to communicate value and win deals. We work closely with Product, Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and Communications to ensure launches, campaigns, and customer engagements reflect Solifi’s value proposition and competitive advantage. This role is part of a growing global product marketing function that also includes a product marketing associate and a multimedia specialist.
Solifi is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead and operationalize product marketing across our global secured finance platform. This is a hands-on player-coach role that combines leadership, strategy, and direct execution.

The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for building a disciplined, pragmatic product marketing function that supports global product launches, sharpens competitive positioning, and enables sales and partners to sell with confidence. This role is critical to how Solifi modernizes its go-to-market approach while maintaining trust, credibility, and compliance in highly regulated financial markets.

This position is ideal for a senior product marketing leader who thrives through personal impact. Success comes with shaping strategy, refining messaging, and executing with precision supported by a lean team.

This role is a hybrid role and can be based from either our London or Milton Keynes office, with a mixture of onsite and remote working.
What You Will Do:

Build the Product Marketing Foundation:
Establish and run a repeatable product marketing framework covering positioning, launches, enablement, and competitive intelligence.
Lead product marketing with a balance of strategic direction and hands-on contribution.
Personally create core assets while coaching and developing a small, high-impact team.

Lead Product Launches
Own go-to-market execution for key product and platform launches, including:
Messaging and positioning,
Launch narratives and proof points,
Sales and partner enablement kits,
Internal launch readiness,
Ensure launches are globally relevant and adaptable across regions.

Product Positioning and Messaging:
Translate complex cloud-based financial technology into clear, outcome-driven customer value.
Develop differentiated positioning by product, solution set, and market segment.
Work with other marketing team leads to ensure consistency across product marketing, brand, demand campaigns, and sales enablement.

Sales and Partner Enablement
Create and maintain high-quality enablement assets, including:
Product decks and one-pagers,
Battlecards and competitive comparisons,
Customer proof points and win stories,
Video and demo narratives in partnership with multimedia,
Work closely with sales leaders to ensure assets are used, trusted, and effective

Competitive Intelligence:
Own competitive insights for the product portfolio.
Provide clear, practical guidance to sales and leadership on competitive positioning and differentiation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Marketing.
Influence roadmap storytelling without overpromising or creating risk.
Present product narratives confidently to internal and external audiences.
Who You Are:

Experience:
8+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS product marketing experience.
Proven ownership of product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.
Experience supporting international or multi-region markets.
Strong ability to articulate value and differentiation supporting enterprise sales motions in a conservative industry.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms in highly regulated environments.

Leadership Style:
Comfortable as a player-coach who leads through execution.
Pragmatic, structured, and outcomes-focused.
Willing to build the first version, then iterate and improve.

Skills:
Very strong written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
Ability to simplify complex products without dumbing them down.
Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Pragmatic Marketing training or certification is a strong plus.
Experience in finance, banking, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus.
Experience creating sales enablement for enterprise or mid-market buyers.
Multi-Lingual is a plus
