You’ll be part of Solifi’s AI Team, a small, focused group that owns AI features end-to-end, from idea to production to ongoing operations.
We are looking for an AI Engineer who can build AI-powered product features across both frontend and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on user-facing applications.

This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who enjoys creating real product experiences powered by AI such as dashboards, chat interfaces, and internal tools, while also working on model integration and backend services.

Roughly 50% of this role focuses on frontend development and 50% on backend and AI integration.

You will work closely with the AI Team to build, deploy, and operate production AI features.
Build and ship AI-powered product features across frontend and backend systems.

Develop user-facing AI interfaces: dashboards, chat workflows, and internal tools.

Implement backend services that connect models, data pipelines, and application logic.

Integrate LLM-based features such as retrieval, summarization, and search.

Collaborate with Senior and Lead AI Engineers on feature design and delivery.

Deploy AI services and frontend applications to staging and production environments.

Participate in debugging, monitoring, and improving live AI systems.

Continuously improve usability and performance of AI-driven product experiences.
Must-Have Skills: Frontend: Strong experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience building dashboards or interactive UI workflows. Comfortable integrating frontend applications with REST APIs. Backend & AI: Python backend development experience. Basic hands-on experience working with ML/AI models or LLM APIs. Understanding of how AI services or RAG pipelines work conceptually. Experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL). Engineering Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. Cloud basics (AWS). Understanding of API design and system integration fundamentals. Nice to Have: Experience building chatbot or AI-powered UIs. Familiarity with vector databases or embeddings pipelines. Streamlit / Gradio experience. Exposure to data pipelines or analytics systems. Prior start-up or product-company experience.
