You’ll be part of Solifi’s AI Team, a small, focused group that owns AI features end-to-end, from idea to production to ongoing operations.
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can design and build AI-powered product features end-to-end from data integration and model orchestration to backend services and user-facing applications.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who has shipped AI systems before and is comfortable working across the stack in a fast-moving product environment.

You will work closely with the AI Team to build, deploy, and operate production AI features.
Build and ship AI features end-to-end: data ingestion → model integration → APIs → UI → deployment.

Implement backend services for model inference, orchestration, and business logic.

Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and other ML models into real product workflows.

Contribute to frontend components for AI-driven features and internal tools.

Participate in system design and architecture discussions.

Help productionize models: packaging, deployment, monitoring, retraining hooks.

Collaborate closely with Data Engineers on data pipelines and feature availability.

Improve system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Contribute to engineering best practices for AI development.
Must-Have Skills: AI & Backend: Strong Python and backend development experience. Hands-on experience integrating ML/LLM models into production systems. Experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.). Understanding of model serving, inference optimization, and API design. Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes or cloud deployment. Engineering: Experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) and caching layers (Redis). Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and production monitoring basics. Nice to Have: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face. Exposure to financial or enterprise SaaS products. Prior start-up or product-company experience. Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.).
