The Solifi Legal team is a lean, collaborative, and businessfocused partner supporting a fastgrowing global financial technology organization. We provide practical, solutionsoriented counsel across GTM and commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, privacy, and risk management. By working closely with leaders and teams across the business—including GTM, customer success, finance, HR, product, and technology—we enable clear processes, informed decisionmaking, and effective risk mitigation. Our team plays an essential role in helping Solifi scale responsibly and efficiently while ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory obligations in a dynamic global environment.
The Corporate Paralegal/Legal Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the legal and compliance functions across a global organization. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders—including legal, finance, HR, and operations—to ensure efficient legal and business processes, responsible corporate governance, and effective risk management.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is eager to contribute to a modern, scalable legal function.
Corporate Governance
• Maintain entity records and corporate data, including global subsidiaries
• Support Know Your Customer (KYC), beneficial ownership, and other regulatory information requests
• Coordinate board and shareholder actions, including resolutions, minutes, and annual filings
• Assist with corporate secretarial functions and compliance with jurisdictional requirements

Legal Operations
• Support day-to-day operations of the in-house legal department
• Assist in developing and improving legal processes, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Manage relationships with external counsel and legal vendors
• Support deployment and use of technology


Contract Management
• Draft, review, and revise a range of legal documents, including NDAs, vendor agreements, customer contracts, and internal policies and training materials
• Track contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and risk guidelines
• Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution
• Maintain organized contract databases and reporting metrics

Compliance & Risk Management
• Support corporate compliance initiatives, including policy development and training programs
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk assessments
• Help maintain compliance program aligned with applicable laws and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of ethical business practices and accountability

Transaction Support
• Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and financing
• Coordinate due diligence processes, including document collection and review
• Prepare and organize transaction documentation and closing materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts
  • 3-7 years of experience in an in-house legal department and/or law firm (paralegal certification not required)
  • Elevated level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong, proactive organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with legal technology, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Collaborative mindset with an initiative-taking, problem-solving approach
Location
United States (remote), with preference for candidates located in Minneapolis or Atlanta. Required to be in central or eastern time zones.
