| We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to partner closely with our Revenue Operations leadership and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role ensures that sales operations, reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce systems are accurate, efficient, and scalable—allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. This position is perfect for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys both execution and process improvement, and who consistently looks for ways to make revenue operations run more smoothly. | ||
| Salesforce & Systems Support • Maintain and update Salesforce business requirement documentation and SOPs • Assist with Salesforce administration and system configuration • Support CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Clari, and other revenue tools • Implement small workflow improvements and support automation initiatives Process Improvement & Operational Excellence • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest scalable improvements • Maintain, update, and optimize documentation and process workflows • Support Salesforce cleanup, RFP coordination, and ad hoc RevOps projects • Recommend solutions to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency Reporting & Forecasting • Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes • Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights • Flag pipeline gaps, stage inconsistencies, or risks proactively Pipeline & Data Management • Ensure opportunity data is accurate, complete, and adheres to process standards • Assist in pipeline hygiene and opportunity stage validation • Monitor key metrics and identify potential blockers or anomalies before they impact revenue Cross-Functional Support • Assist with onboarding of new sales hires (system setup, access, and process training) • Support deal desk, RFP coordination, vendor assessments, and contract/order form processes • Ensure smooth handoffs across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services | ||
