We are seeking a highly driven Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead and evolve our ILS product offering within the Equipment Finance domain. ILS is a category leader with a rich history, delivered as a modern SaaS platform used by top financial institutions and lenders globally. The product plays a mission critical role in enabling complex financial operations at scale and continues to evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing market.

This role is ideal for a hands on product leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and diving deep into execution details. The Group Product Manager will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, guiding products through the full development lifecycle, and ensuring strong cross product alignment across the portfolio.
• Own and drive product execution across the full product development lifecycle, actively monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality outcomes
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed and keeping senior leadership informed with clear, data‑driven updates and recommendations
• Identify new product and enhancement opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and the potential to leverage rich historical data and AI enabled capabilities
• Champion new product ideas, including AI and data informed initiatives, by building compelling business cases and presenting recommendations to senior management for investment and prioritization decisions
• Deliver maximum value to a broad customer base through highly effective prioritization, balancing customer impact, business outcomes, technical complexity, and long term platform strategy
• Drive cross‑product collaboration across the full product portfolio, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Product Marketing to ensure aligned planning and successful delivery
• Act as a hands‑on leader, willing to “dig in” to complex product, customer, data, and technical challenges to unblock teams and move initiatives forward
• Ensure product decisions balance innovation with enterprise SaaS expectations, including scalability, security, regulatory considerations, and long‑term platform strategy
  • 10+ years industry experience in technology, software and application development with a focus on enterprise software applications and Product Management
  • BA/BS degree in business or technology field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of product management experience in financial software, with increasing responsibility and demonstrated ownership of complex products
  • Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally supporting large financial institutions or regulated customers
  • Exposure to or experience with AI enabled product capabilities, such as predictive analytics or intelligent workflow automation, particularly when leveraging large volumes of historical data, is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage products through the full development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and iteration including sunsetting old products.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to synthesize diverse customer inputs into clear, actionable product decisions
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, and senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of collaborating successfully with distributed engineering teams and Product Owners across various time zones, including offshore and near-shore locations such as India
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence and align leadership teams
