| Project Managers at Solifi work with distributed teams to ensure that customer satisfaction is high and that client releases are delivered on time and within budget. | ||
| Definition and management of project initiation tasks such as project mandate, resource planning, kick off meetings, delivery planning, communication plan etc Controlling and monitoring timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, budgets, costs, and quality of deliverables throughout delivery stages Line management where appropriate of Business Analysts, setting objectives and reviewing performance Compliance with project delivery governance e.g. change management, risk & issue management, financial reporting and status reporting Leading key stakeholder interactions, for example steering group meetings Managing internal project team delivery checkpoints including release control processes Working daily with delivery teams to ensure planned activities are understood and progressing on track Liaising with third parties where appropriate to ensure external tasks are tracked and delivered on time, on budget and to the required level of quality Managing escalations, risks and issues Working with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure support agreements are met and service standards are at the expected level Continually expanding understanding of the finance industry and Solifi products to better understand customer goals and business drivers | ||
