| Business Analysts focus on customer’s business processes and requirements and incorporate those processes and requirements in designs, product development and quality assurance. Develop and maintain a strong and positive business relationship with Product Management to clearly understand the customers’ business as well as their short and long term business objectives. The Senior Business Analyst relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Performs a variety of extremely complex tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. | ||
| Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Elicit, analyze, and document functional business requirements using appropriate methodologies (e.g., use cases, user stories, supplementary specifications, narratives) Translate product management objectives into detailed functional designs, business scenarios, and test scenarios Apply strong domain expertise across ABL functional areas, including: Borrowing base and availability calculations Accounts receivable collateral management Ineligibles, reserves, and advance structures Design & Delivery Support: Follow established design procedures and lead business analysis activities for assigned projects Coordinate and deliver functional design artifacts to Development and QA teams Ensure solutions align with business requirements and design objectives Participate in and contribute to design reviews across product areas Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop detailed test scenarios and validation criteria to ensure requirements are implemented as intended Partner with SQA to enhance and expand test coverage where required Review and provide input on system test plans and design documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter resource for Development, QA, Documentation, and Support teams Work closely with Product Managers to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support client communications Provide guidance and clarification on functionality, requirements, and product behavior Project Support & Estimation: Provide high-level effort estimates for new development initiatives (both customer-funded and internal) Participate in TPM calls and respond to related inquiries Manage multiple priorities across projects with strong organization and attention to detail Team Contribution: Contribute to team and organizational goals through proactive collaboration Share knowledge and mentor others through best practices and domain expertise Perform additional duties as required Travel Expectations: Up to 10% travel to client sites and company offices | ||
