We have a global human resources (HR) team focused on business partnership, HR operations, and talent development. Solifi and the HR team have grown organically and through acquisition over the past several years and our systems and processes have evolved to ensure we have a competitive value proposition throughout the employee life cycle.
Solifi has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner. This role serves as a key partner across all aspects of the HR team to help us deliver on our people strategy, with a focus on business partnership, effective organizational structure, engagement, and performance management. This role has the opportunity to have meaningful impact on our growing organization. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to leverage experience, deliver results, partner with stakeholders, and help shape the next chapter of HR at Solifi.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with team members and managers to serve as an approachable resource for employee matters.
o Collaborate with managers and teams to address performance matters and support team member growth and accountability using sound judgment and discretion.
o Serve as initial contact for employee relations matters and address or escalate as appropriate, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant practices.
o Coach managers regarding effective performance management.
• Leverage data and insights to provide consultative guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
o Support global review of global titles, levels, and team structure.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a high-performing, respectful environment and positive culture.
o Amplify and promote Solifi core values.
o Collaborate with internal teams to design and roll out locally relevant social programs.
o Partner with talent acquisition and marketing to communicate and highlight Solifi values with candidates and the marketplace (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
• Support teams through rapid growth, transformation, integration, and change.
• Assist in ongoing development/review, implementation, and communication of HR policies and processes to ensure clarity, alignment, effectiveness and local compliance.

o Ensure scalable people practices as we grow.
• Participate in HR system review, e.g., HRIS, LMS, market pricing, etc.
• Improve employee lifecycle processes: onboarding and offboarding effectiveness.
• Occasional recruitment process support.
• Additional projects and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in business partner, generalist or similar roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and fundamental employment laws in a practical business context.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive team member inquiries with empathy.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Uncompromising commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the security of sensitive data.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a blend of structure and ambiguity.
  • Flexible, positive, and team-oriented, with a willingness to support evolving business and HR priorities.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred
  • Merger, acquisition and integration experience.
  • Experience in a private equity environment.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team.

Compensation
The annual base salary is $115,000 - 135,000 and may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
