The Work You'll Do:

Our Tax Department is looking for an Income Tax Manager who is passionate about the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the global tax planning and tax compliance function. The role will report to the VP-Tax and work directly with international finance leaders and service providers. The position will be responsible for providing advice and solutions for complex initiatives while balancing strategic goals and compliance, gaining an appropriate understanding of detail, and maintaining the ability to execute.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage the transfer pricing documentation process to ensure accurate and timely reports are completed on global basis. Manage the operational aspects of transfer pricing and monitor compliance with the global policy.
  • Assist in review and analysis of income tax provision reporting for foreign subsidiaries.
  • Review and analyze US international tax compliance items related to Federal Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 5713, and others. Have a strong understanding of US international tax laws. Review elections and disclosures for check the box elections, DCL, etc.
  • Assist with cash management strategy for global tax including providing insights and recommendations to intercompany dividends, loans, and other legal entity transactions. Build forecasts and monitor E&P.
  • Establish positive working relationships with service providers and foreign teams. Manage engagements to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of tax projects.
  • Ensure that all local country corporate income tax returns are prepared timely.
  • Identify, recommend and execute process improvements and automation efficiencies.
  • Assist with M&A and tax planning projects.
  • Provide guidance on withholding tax.
  • Assist with other projects as requested.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax; or equivalent experience
  • CPA required.
  • At least five (5) years of global corporate income tax experience with some public accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of US international tax.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple assignments and projects; deliver a thorough and accurate work product in a dynamic environment. Detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
